The studio, is a guest house based off the main dwelling of Hagar house. Designed with friends and family in mind. 

The brief was simple: personality, charm while being modern and comfortable, without overcapitalising on a secondary dwelling. 

Working to a modest budget, the trick was knowing where to elevate and where to show restraint. The result feels far more generous than the numbers behind it.
